DEMENTIA SIXTY DAY MENU DIET REALLY WORKS

After all the dismal possibilities following the doctor's verdict that my fading memory was dementia and possibly Azheimer's would only get worse and that there was no cure, what a joy it is to discover that eating a very carefully constructed diet has stopped both memory and cognitive deterioration. The beginning of the discovery was the efficacy of coconut oil, but we have discovered that there are other foods as well, which if eaten in exactly the right quantities are the 'cure' for dementia and Alzheimer's. Of course one cannot reverse damage already done, so I still forget where I put my keys sometimes, but I no longer need notes for daily tasks or struggle so much with recent memory stuff. Old memories are still very strong, so there does not seem to be any negatives to this plan. The foods taken are mostly fruits, but other things can be added to make a very paleatable diet plan. The key is one meal a day, constructed exactly with the appropriate ingredients. However, the variety is enormous and one could eat a different meal every day for sixty days. As berries are part of the diet, there is a slight cost increase over 'ordinary' foods, but frankly one is just gratful for the solution. I will write more about this in the New Year. In the meantime have a lovely Christmas. David Barnato. Paarl. South Africa
