MEMORY SAVING DIET REALLY WORK
A better name for the diet would be 'Tasty Memory Saving Eating Plan'. This is because I have found that apart from eating healthily just one special meal a day comprising fruit, berries, Bulgarian Yogurt and pure chocolate one can eat quite normally and save the memory from further deterioration. The only extra ingredient is a table spoon full of coconut oil a day. This can be taken easily by adding to breakfast porridge or muesli, or just spread on toast with marmalade.
My memory has stopped deteriorating and my cognitive abilities actually improved. Alzheimer's very much at bay!
We are all well and had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Weather glorius and the pool has been in great use. A little rain today and pleasantly cooler after touching 38% on Sunday.
Dogs well and Bobby the parrot as entertaining as ever,
A trickle of book royalties very gratfully received. A new book to be published on Amazon next week.
